You hold one of every answer on the ETH market, including Invalid, and you want collateral back. That is not the same as winning. Anyone can do this while the market is open. Cashing the winner waits until the market is resolved.
An open-market merge that empties a share lot is dropped from the indexer share list (shares == 0 and not resolved).
